Are travel expenses included in your packages, or are they charged separately?
Travel within 30 miles of our studio is included in all our packages at no additional cost.
For locations beyond 30 miles, a reasonable travel fee applies only to the additional distance. Our travel fees are calculated based on the distance beyond our complimentary 30-mile radius, not the entire distance from our studio.
We keep travel expenses affordable and transparent, charging only to help cover transportation and necessary travel-related costs.
Do you travel outside the Salt Lake City area?
Absolutely! While we're based in the Salt Lake City area, we proudly provide photography and videography services throughout Utah and beyond.
We regularly travel to surrounding areas, including Idaho, Wyoming, Arizona, and Wendover, Nevada.
Travel within 30 miles of our studio is complimentary. For destinations beyond that radius, a reasonable travel fee may apply based on the additional distance and any necessary travel expenses.
We love capturing special moments wherever they happen and always do our best to keep travel costs reasonable.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Absolutely! Every celebration is unique, and we believe your photography and videography experience should reflect that.
Our packages are designed to offer a variety of options, but we're always happy to customize them to fit your vision, needs, and budget.
Whether you'd like additional coverage hours, extra photographers or videographers, albums, portraits, or special services, we'll work with you to create a package that's right for your event.

How long does it take to receive my final photography and videography package?
Our standard delivery timeframe is up to 10 weeks following your event.
Because every photo and video is carefully selected, edited, and prepared, we allow this timeframe to ensure the quality of our work, especially during our busiest event seasons.
However, we often complete and deliver our clients' packages well before the 10-week deadline.
We believe your memories deserve the time and attention needed to make them beautiful and lasting.
